We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you must return products you've purchased here, you can obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling us at 724-335-1798. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 20 days of the invoice date. All products returned must be returned within 20 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition. All returns are at customers expense unless defective.

Cancelled orders which contain Special Order Items are also subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping charges into our warehouse, to your location and/or back to the manufactures warehouse.
